Everything starts with us working with you to help create a timeline for your day, covering things like your details all the way to your exit. Coverage starts 2-hours before your wedding ceremony.
While Emma takes thousands of images from your wedding, she will remove the duplicates, and edit and process the final ones that go into your final product. On Average, couples receive 300-800+.
Typically within 72 hours of the celebration, you will receive a private online gallery with teasers from your wedding day that you can share with friends, and family, or put on social media.
We also provide a feature film (3-5 minutes) that is a great highlight to your day. It features licensed music, and drone footage, and is optionally narrated by you and your spouse with writing a letter to each other.
You also receive the Multicam ceremony video which is fully edited with 2 cameras, a wireless mic on the officiant and it’s placed on the USB.
You also get a reception highlights video with all the important elements of your evening, from introductions to your first dance, cake cutting, some mingling/dancing, and of course your exit.
You receive a nice walnut USB keepsake with our 10-year replacement warranty. If anything ever happens to your media, we will replace it FREE.
Digital downloads of pictures and videos from your wedding day along with a hard copy USB keepsake.
With us, you have peace of mind with our exclusive 10-year replacement warranty on the USB. If it ever fails, you lose it, perhaps it breaks, we’ll replace it with our master copy tucked away in our fire-resistant safe.

We understand weddings are expensive, so Emma and Billy make it easy with allowing you to put down the deposit you want and opt for monthly payments or pay the balance before the wedding.
Over 120 miles round trip from Roanoke VA will add a travel fee of $3 per mile. Broken down into 3 vendors it comes out to $1 per mile per vendor.
Booking the Complete Collection saves you a minimum of $1,199 with our combined package vs. booking them individually.

Hailey will set up decor and tear down decor at the end of the day while managing everything in between.
A customized timeline of events will be made for your wedding which will outline your day down to the minute.
As certified wedding planners should be, she will stay a step or 2 ahead throughout the wedding day to ensure the next event runs on time! This could be the difference between you enjoying your cocktail hour with your guests or missing it entirely.

Your DJ Service from Valley Vibes DJ

DJ will start 30 minutes before Ceremony for seating music.
All announcements for the events of the wedding from cocktail hour onward.
2 handheld wireless mics for ceremony vows and reception events such as speeches.
We send you a music guidance sheet to have your music ready to go for your events. What music are you walking down the aisle to? What music will your grand entrance be accompanied by? Etc.
We are equipped with two, 2000 watt speakers allowing for all night partying in even the most open of areas.
We bring along another 1300 watt portable speaker in case your cocktail hour is at a separate location from your main reception area and for the ceremony music/vows.
It’s up to you if you want to allow song requests or not, it’s all included in the information in the music selection sheet we send you.
It’s your special day, you dictate how it will go, it’s our job to make it happen.
