Congratulations, YOU are getting married!

Hello and welcome to our self-paced wedding Masterclass.

My name is Joshua Gabrielson and I’m a professional wedding filmmaker with more than 22 years experience in the wedding industry.

My wife Carole, a wedding photographer and I want to welcome you to this wedding course, we designed it in such a way to help educate you through the basics of weddings so you can save money, have the least amount of stress possible and enjoy the wedding day.

One of the major things that people just like you when they first get engaged is start the wedding process and most of you have NO earthly idea where to start.

Let me Give You Some Insights Into the Wedding Industry

First, the wedding industry is HUGE business and makes a lot of money, were talking more than $72 billion dollars annually!

There is a notion that getting married means vendors are going to overcharge you for their services and while that may be true to a very small percentage, the TRUTH is it’s driven by people just like you.

With that in mind, Wedding Wire reported that for the 2019 wedding year, the average wedding ran near $34,000. By the time you have the honeymoon, buy the rings and of course, have the wedding itself.

Now, don’t get upset, that’s the AVERAGE cost across nearly 2.2 million people that got married in 2019.

In fact, most weddings in the county we’re much closer to $25,000 or less according to my own research.

Within the wedding industry you will find people with years of experience and those that are so new, they barely have a clue what they’re doing.

You’re going to fins all sorts of price ranges, experience levels, value-added companies and it’s going to make your head spin!

The wedding industry brought in roughly $72,140,000,000 in 2019 and that IS a HUGE amount of money, even just thinking about it as a vendor makes me dizzy!

You CAN Save money within the Wedding Industry

If you follow our guidelines in the course, you will save a lot of money.

Couples that have completed the course have saved on average can save nearly 20-35% on their entire wedding which is a huge amount of money.

The key here is to treat your wedding much like a project plan, following things in order here can benefit you greatly.

A couple of things to consider here:

  • You need to be able to be flexible on things, like WHEN you’re getting married.

  • Be flexible on the wedding of your dreams

  • Stay on track with your budget, it’s the most important thing here I want you to take away.

Okay, so your ready to go here and I will stop here and we will dive into the first real chapter, your wedding budget.
