Best time for wedding vendors to eat dinner
Welcome to our quick blog (or QBLOG) series! Today’s question is:
When is the best time for wedding vendors to eat dinner at the reception?
The best time is just after the bridal party has made its way through the dinner service, but before the guests eat.
Why?
Because while you and the bridal party are eating dinner, it gives time for the wedding photographer, videographer, planner(s), and DJ to grab a quick bite to eat, but also prepare for the reception.
For wedding videographers and photographers, for example, swapping out memory cards, changing batteries, and lenses for the evening are essential.
Besides, no one wants to see a video clip or image of Aunt Peggy stuffing her face full of mashed-potatoes.
The idea is when the bridal party is wrapping up dinner services, the professionals will be too, so when the bride and groom start making their rounds, the wedding vendors too will be ready.
And there you have it, be sure to check out more of our wedding blog and reach out if you have a wedding-related question.
